| Abstract: | Tato práce seznamuje začínajícího investora s problematikou investování do tenisek (angl. sneakers), zařazením tenisek z hlediska investice, důvody pro tvoření sekundárního trhu a historií všech nejdůležitějších spoluprací mezi značkami, nebo mezi značkou a umělcem. Zkoumá také rozdílné faktory ovlivňující výnosy u investice, a také vysvětluje způsob fungování sekundárních trhů. Cílem částečné analýzy trhu, pro kterou bylo získáno 3 485 různých průměrných prodejů u 28 tenisek od 5 různých siluet, je snaha určit, zda závisí výnosnost na vybrané velikosti, jaké jsou průměrné výnosy trhu a kdy je nejlepší čas pro nákup, či prodej. |

| Abstract: | This work introduces the novice investor to the issues of investing in sneakers. It covers the classification of sneakers as an investment, reasons for the creation of the secondary market, and the history of all the most important collaborations between brands or between brands and artists. It also examines the different factors influencing returns on investment and explains how secondary markets function. Through partial market analysis, which includes data from 3 485 different average sales of 28 sneakers from 5 different silhouettes, it aims to determine whether profitability depends on the selected size, what the average market returns are, and when the best time to buy or sell is. |
