| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním výrobního podniku SEZ DK a.s., která působí na domácím i zahraničním trhu. Hlavním cílem práce je stanovit tržní hodnotu společnosti k 31. prosinci 2022 za účelem jejího prodeje. Práce je strukturována do pěti hlavních částí, které zahrnují finanční a strategickou analýzu, identifikaci generátorů hodnoty, sestavení finančního plánu a samotné ocenění. Pro stanovení hodnoty společnosti jsou použity metody diskontovaného peněžního toku (DCF Entity) a metoda tržního porovnání. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the valuation of the manufacturing company SEZ DK a.s. which operates in both domestic and foreign markets. The main objective of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company as of 31 December 2022, for its sale. The thesis is structured into five main sections, encompassing financial and strategic analysis, prediction of the value generators, development of a financial plan, and the valuation itself. The company's value is assessed using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF Entity) method and the market comparison method. |
