| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. k 31. 12. 2022 a analýza vlivu ESG dané společnosti na hodnotu podniku v podobě due diligence. Práce je rozdělena na několik hlavních částí, a to na finanční analýzu, strategickou analýzu, ESG due diligence, generátory hodnoty, finanční plán a samotné ocenění. Metodou pro ocenění společnosti Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. byla stanovena metoda DCF equity. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is the valuation of Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. to the 31st of December 2022 and the analysis of the impact of ESG on the value of the company in the form of due diligence. The thesis is divided into seven main parts, namely theory dealing with the concept of ESG, financial analysis, strategic analysis, value generators, financial plan, ESG due diligence and the valuation of the company itself. The method for valuation of Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. was determined to be the DCF equity method. |
