| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu rozdílné dostupnosti zdravotní péče v krajích České republiky a identifikaci faktorů, které tuto dostupnost ovlivňují. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy zdravotní péče, klasifikace poskytovatelů zdravotní péče, systém financování zdravotnictví a různé aspekty dostupnosti zdravotní péče, jako je dostupnost ekonomická, časová, geografická a organizační. Praktická část analyzuje data z let 2013–2022 pro všechny kraje ČR a využívá metody časových řad a variačního koeficientu k posouzení dostupnosti primární péče. Výsledky ukazují značné regionální rozdíly v dostupnosti zdravotní péče, které jsou ovlivněny demografickými a geografickými faktory, jakož i organizací zdravotnických služeb. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou navržena konkrétní opatření ke zlepšení dostupnosti zdravotní péče v regionech s největšími problémy. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis focuses on analyzing the varying availability of healthcare in the regions of the Czech Republic and identifying the factors that influence this availability. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of healthcare, the classification of healthcare providers, the healthcare financing system, and various aspects of healthcare availability, such as economic, temporal, geographic, and organizational availability. The practical part analyzes data from the years 2013-2022 for all regions of the Czech Republic and uses time series methods and the coefficient of variation to assess the availability of primary care. The results show significant regional differences in healthcare availability, which are influenced by demographic and geographic factors, as well as the organization of healthcare services. Based on these findings, specific measures are proposed to improve healthcare availability in the regions with the greatest problems. |
