Dále se věnuje důvodům pro regulaci kryptoměn a nabízí stručný přehled historického vývoje regulačních opatření. Část pozornosti je zaměřena i na regulační rámce v Evropské unii a ve Spojených státech, včetně významných událostí, které ovlivnily vývoj kryptoměnového trhu. |

Attention is also given to the regulatory frameworks in the European Union and the United States, including significant events that have influenced the development of the cryptocurrency market. |
