| Abstract: | V posledních letech ve vyspělých zemích převládá demografický trend zvyšování počtu obyvatel v důchodovém věku. Tento trend negativně ovlivňuje výdajovou stranu veřejných rozpočtů. Rostou výdaje na sociální služby, které tato skupina obyvatel využívá, a sociální dávky, které pobírá. Současně často dochází k prohlubování generačního konfliktu. V této práci jsou rozebrány aspekty mezigeneračního soužití v České republice. Jsou zde popsány výhody a nevýhody tohoto typu soužití. Dále jsou v práci zmapována opatření na podporu vícegeneračního soužití ve světě na výdajové i příjmové straně veřejných rozpočtů. Cílem diplomové práce je navržení opatření na podporu vícegeneračního soužití v České republice. V návaznosti na navržení daného opatření jsou v závěrečné kapitole popsány možné dopady navrhovaného opatření na modelové domácnosti a na veřejné rozpočty. |

| Abstract: | In recent years, the demografic trend in the world has been towards an increasing number of people in the retirement age. This trend is having a negative impact on the expenditure of public sector. Expenditure on the social services used and social benefits received by this population group is increasing. At the same time, generational conflict is often intensifying. This paper thesis analysis aspects of intergenerational coexistence in the Czech Republic. The advantages and disadvantages of this type of cohabitation are described. Furthermore, the thesis maps out measures to promote multigenerational living in the World. Both expenditure and Revenue measure od public budgets are described. The aim of the thesis is to propose measures to promote multigenerational living in the Czech Republic. In the final chapter the possible impacts of proposed measures are presented. |
