| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá formou nelegálního zaměstnávání známou pod názvem Švarc systém. Vymezuje základní pojmy a jejich definice, které jsou důležité pro praktickou část. Představuje průkopníka této formy nelegální práce – Miroslava Švarce a historický vývoj legislativních úprav využívání Švarc systému. Charakterizuje výhody a nevýhody, které se váží na jeho aplikaci a okrajově nastiňuje současný trend jeho využívání. Praktická část se skládá z modelových příkladů, které porovnávají rozdílnost zatížení příjmů podnikatele a mzdy zaměstnance. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis examines the form of illegal employment known as the Švarc system. It defines basic terms and their definitions that are important for the practical part. The thesis introduces Miroslav Švarc, the pioneer of this type of illegal work, and traces the historical development of legislative changes related to the Švarc system. It characterizes the advantages and disadvantages of its application and briefly discusses the current trends in its use. The practical part includes model examples that compare the differences in income burden between an entrepreneur and an employee. |
