| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je sestavení nového pojistného produktu, a to konkrétně konceptu pojištění ztráty pracovního poměru, tedy pojistného plnění v případě výpovědi ze strany zaměstnavatele. První kapitola se zabývá shrnutím současných produktů na trhu v relevantní sféře. Druhá kapitola detailně popisuje vymyšlený produkt a všechny jeho parametry. V poslední třetí kapitole se práce věnuje teoretické implementaci nového pojistného do současného pojistného trhu, včetně výpočtu předpokládaného pojistného a marketingu. |

| Abstract: | The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the creation of a new insurance product, namely the concept of insurance for loss of employment, i.e. insurance coverage in the event of termination by the employer. The first chapter deals with a summary of the current products on the market in the relevant field. The second chapter describes in detail the imagined product and all its parameters. In the last third chapter, the thesis deals with the theoretical implementation of the new insurance premium into the current insurance market, including the calculation of the expected insurance premium and marketing. |
