| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zkoumá principy oceňování alternativních investičních fondů specifických aktiv, konkrétně fondů s investičním vínem a analyzuje výsledky sestaveného modelu simulované výtěžnosti konkrétního fondu. Identifikuje specifika trhu s investičními vínem, jako je vliv nákladů držby a prodejů, a posuzuje vliv kvality vín a doby držby na výtěžnost portfolia. Analýza naznačuje, že kvalita vín a doba držby mají zásadní vliv na výslednou výtěžnost portfolia. V práci je, mimo základního modelu výtěžnosti, také představen a analyzován návrh aproximační rovnice, která na základě zadaných parametrů stanovuje výtěžek z prodeje portfolia. |

| Abstract: | The thesis examines the principles of valuation of alternative investment funds of specific assets, specifically funds holding investment wine and analyzes the results of the model of simulated returns of a specific fund. It identifies the specifics of the investment wine market, such as the effect of holding and sales costs, and assesses the impact of wine quality and holding period on portfolio returns. The analysis suggests that wine quality and holding period have a significant impact on the resulting portfolio return. In addition to the basic yield model, the paper also presents and analyses the design of an approximation equation that determines the yield from portfolio sales based on the specified parameters. |
