| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o dražbě z pohledu investora. Jejím hlavním cílem je přinést potencionálnímu investorovi podklad pro jeho následné investiční rozhodování. V teoretické části jsou popsány základy fungování veřejných dražeb podle české legislativy a ekonomická podstata fungování dražeb. V praktické části je provedena analýza dat, která nasvědčuje faktu, že se trhu s veřejnými dražbami v průběhu let přestává dařit. Následně je na vzorku dat pozorován rozdíl v dražbách s movitými a nemovitými věcmi s přihlédnutím na počet účastníků každé dražby. V neposlední řadě je pozorována dražba s netypickým výsledkem, který se nedá racionálně vysvětlit. Z tohoto důvodu je potencionálnímu investorovi silně doporučeno, aby byl obezřetný a vždy se pokusil dohledat si co nejvíce informací a snažil se ovládat své emoce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the auction from the investor's point of view. Its main objective is to provide a potential investor with a basis for his investment decision. The theoretical part describes the basics of public auctions according to the Czech legislation and the economic essence of auctions. In the practical part, an analysis of the data is conducted, which suggests that the public auction market has been failing over the years. Subsequently, the difference in auctions with movable and immovable property is observed on a sample of data, considering the number of participants in each auction. Finally, an auction with an atypical outcome that cannot be rationally explained is observed. Because of this auction, the potential investor is strongly advised to be cautious and always try to find out as much information as possible and try to control his emotions. |
