| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na úvod uvede čtenáře do kontextu problematiky vlastního bydlení. Následně představí jednotlivé produkty, teoretické definice a znalosti potřebné k pochopení celé problematiky. Dále práce rozebírá jednotlivé faktory ovlivňující poptávku a nabídku jednotlivých produktů. Práce následně pomocí vstupních dat porovnává produkty a poskytuje na základě zjištěných poznatků a aktuálních tržních podmínek doporučení pro žadatele o dluhové financování. Vstupními daty se rozumí tržní nabídky jednotlivých finančních institucí, regulatorní podmínky ČNB a parametry modelových příkladů pro jednotlivé analyzované produkty. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis begins with introducing the reader to the context of the problem of own housing. Subsequently introduces the individual products, theoretical definitions and knowledge needed to understand the entire issue. The thesis then discusses the individual factors influencing the demand and the supply of each product. The thesis then compares the products using input data and provides recommendations based on findings and current market conditions for debt financing applicants. The input data are market offers of each individual financial institution, regulatory conditions of CNB and parameters of model examples for each individual analyzed product. |
