| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nelegální činnosti v bankovní sféře, a to jak ve smyslu všedních podvodů, tak Insider tradingu, zejména však praním špinavých peněz. První část tyto pojmy definuje a představí nejrůznější kategorie a subkategorie nelegálních činností v bankovním sektoru. V druhé části je rozebrána regulace těchto činností a celkový vývoj regulace v letech 2003-2023 a to hlavně se zaměřením na vývoj legislativy v Evropské unii a České republice. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of illegal activities in the banking sphere, including both common fraud and Insider trading, but most notably money laundering. In the first part the thesis defines and intoduces various categories and subcategories of illegal activities in the bank sector. In the second part it focuses on regulation of these activities and the greater evolution of this regulation in the 20032023 period, primarily focusing on the development of legislative in European Union and Czech republic. |
