| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá analýzou kapitálové struktury a jejich determinant v odvětví společností zabývajících se investováním do vína a vínem obecně. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat kapitálovou strukturu v tomto odvětví a na základě regresní analýzy poté zjistit, co ji ovlivňuje. Závěry této práce mají sloužit novým subjektům, které by chtěly vstoupit na tento trh jako podkladová data, která mohou využít k lepšímu pochopení, jaké faktory ovlivňují jejich kapitálovou strukturu a jak optimalizovat své finanční rozhodování. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the analysis of capital structure and its determinants in the industry of companies involved in wine investment and wine in general. The aim of the thesis is to identify the capital structure in this sector and then determine what influences it based on regression analysis. The conclusions of this work are intended to serve new entities that would like to enter this market as underlying data that they can use to better understand what factors affect their capital structure and how to optimize their financial decision-making. |
