Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem outsourcingu a jeho vlivem na úspěch organizace. Zpracovává historický a současný stav, jeho změny v čase a budoucí možnosti outsourcingu ve firmě. Sledovanou společností je americká společnost SAP Concur, a to v období mezi lety 2019 až 2024. Použitá literatura obsahuje odborné články a akademické práce publikované během různých let, které spolu s ostatními zdroji pomáhají ke zpracování celkové analýzy. Práce obsahuje tři cíle. Ty se postupně zabývají charakteristikou přechodu mezi on-premise a cloudovou architekturou, vymezením souvisejících KPI (Klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti) a vyhodnocením outsourcingu s možnostmi jeho vylepšení s pro případnou další aplikaci. V praktické části diplomové práce pomocí vlastních zkušeností ve zmíněné společnosti popisuji průběh přechodu do cloudového prostředí a navrhuji dashboard v aplikaci Tableau Public k následné vizualizaci zmíněných indikátorů. Práci je možné využít k náhledu na průběh a budoucí vývoj outsourcingu v organizaci jako návod, čím se inspirovat, jaká rizika se mohou v průběhu přechodu vyskytnout a kterým rizikům se úplně vyhnout. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis examines the evolution of outsourcing and its impact on the success of an organization. It elaborates on the historical and current status, its changes over time and the future possibilities of outsourcing in a company. The company under study is SAP Concur, an American company, and the period between 2019 and 2024. The literature used includes scholarly articles and academic papers published during different years, which along with other sources help in the overall analysis. The thesis contains three objectives. These deal in turn with the characterization of the transition between on-premise and cloud architecture, the definition of the related KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) and the evaluation of outsourcing with the possibility of improving it with for possible future application. In the practical part of the thesis, using my own experience in the mentioned company, I describe the process of the transition to the cloud environment and propose a dashboard in Tableau Public for the subsequent visualization of the mentioned indicators. The thesis can be used to preview the progress and future development of outsourcing in an organization as a guide to what to look for, what risks may occur during the transition, and which risks to avoid altogether. |
