Diplomová práce se zabývá obchodní dohodou mezi EU a Austrálií, konkrétněji identifikací citlivých oblastí ve vyjednávání a jejich komparací s ustanoveními v jiných již existujících dohodách. První kapitola poskytuje teoretický a institucionální rámec společné obchodní politiky EU. Druhá kapitola představuje metodologii a obchodní dohody použité k následné komparaci. Poslední kapitola je věnována vyjednávání dohody o volném obchodu mezi EU a Austrálií, identifikaci citlivých oblastí a jejich porovnání s ustanoveními ve vybraných obchodních dohodách. |

The thesis addresses the trade agreement between the EU and Australia, specifically focusing on identifying sensitive areas in the negotiations and comparing them with provisions in other existing agreements. The first chapter provides the theoretical and institutional framework of the EU's common commercial policy. The second chapter presents the methodology and the trade agreements used for subsequent comparison. The final chapter is dedicated to the process of negotiation of the free trade agreement between the EU and Australia, identification of sensitive areas and their comparison with provisions in selected trade agreements. |
