| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce řeší nutriční problém silových sportovců a běžné populace. V teoretické části jsou popsány základy lineárního programování a správného stravování. V praktické části jsou sestaveny dvoudenní jídelníčky pro nesportovce a silového sportovce pomocí matematického a cílového programování. Při matematickém programování je cílem minimalizovat celkovou cenu jídelníčku. Při cílovém programování je cílem co nejpřesněji splnit požadavky na makroživiny. Pro silového sportovce jsou sestaveny jídelníčky pro tréninkové i netréninkové dny. Výpočty jsou provedeny v optimalizačním softwaru LINGO. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis deals with the nutritional problem of strength athletes and general population. The basics of linear programming and proper nutrition are described in the theoretical part. In the practical part, two-day diet plans for both non-athlete and strength athlete are compiled using both mathematical and goal programming. Using mathematical programming, the goal is to minimize the total cost of the diets. Using goal programming, the goal is to meet the requirements for macronutrients as precisely as possible. For strength athletes, diet plans for both training and non-training days are compiled. Calculations are performed in the optimization software LINGO. |
