| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je kvantifikovat a zhodnotit nastavení vzdělávací soustavy v kontextu dlouhodobých změn v zaměstnanosti ve vybraných krajích České republiky. K naplnění cíle jsou stanoveny výzkumné otázky, které jsou orientovány na trh práce, vzdělávací soustavu, disproporce a vztah mezi vzdělávací soustavou a trhem práce. Dílčími cíli jsou charakteristiky zaměstnanosti na regionálních trzích práce, charakteristiky struktury absolventů středních a vyšších odborných škol a identifikování disproporcí mezi změnami zaměstnanosti a výstupy vzdělávání. Práce je postavena na sekundární analýze dat. K naplnění cíle je využita deskriptivní statistika a metoda komparace. Výsledkem výzkumu je zjištění, že se školství v čase dostatečně nepřizpůsobuje situaci na trhu práce. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to quantify and evaluate the education system in the context of long-term changes in employment in selected regions of the Czech Republic. In order to fulfil the objective, research questions are set, which are oriented towards the labour market, the education system, disproportions and the relationship between the education system and the labour market. The sub-objectives are to characterise of employment in regional labour markets, to characterise of the structure of graduates of secondary and higher vocational schools and to identify disproportions between employment changes and educational outcomes. The paper is based on the analysis of secondary data. Descriptive statistics and the method of comparison are used to meet the objective. As a result of the research, it is found that the education system does not adapt sufficiently to the labour market situation over time. |
