Abstract:
Cílem práce je prozkoumat, zda a jak organizace mohou svými inclusion praktikami v oblasti (LGBTQIA2S+) diverzity ovlivnit přijetí LGBTQIA2S+ ostatními zaměstnanci, resp. zda a jak tyto praktiky ovlivňují celkovou pracovní spokojenost (všech) zaměstnanců. Zároveň se zabývá problematikou mikroagrese na pracovišti. Metodicky práce staví na smíšeném výzkumu, konkrétně na kombinaci dotazníkového šetření a interview.

Abstract:
The goal of the work is to investigate whether and how organizations can influence the acceptance of LGBTQIA2S+ by other employees with their inclusion practices in the area of ​​(LGBTQIA2S+) diversity, or whether and how these practices affect the overall job satisfaction of (all) employees. At the same time, he deals with the issue of microaggression in the workplace. Methodologically, the work is based on mixed research, specifically on a combination of questionnaire survey and interview.
