Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl teoretickou revizi současného vědeckého poznání v oblasti zavádění principů cirkulární ekonomiky do podnikání. Pomocí metody systematické literární rešerše jsou identifikována tři hlavní témata a oblasti, která jsou v souvislosti s implementací principů CE stěžejní napříč sektory. V práci je tak popsán proces implementace cirkulárního business modelu a hybné síly a bariéry, které se s tímto procesem pojí. Dále práce identifikuje konkrétní technologie jakožto ústřední hybnou sílu přechodu podnikatelského sektoru na cirkulární ekonomiku. Tato jednotlivá témata jsou zařazena do souvislých, na sebe navazujících logických celků tak, aby poskytovala komplexní přehled o zkoumané problematice, a to za použití názorů různých autorů. Práce si také stanovuje výzkumné otázky, které jsou v rámci výsledků systematické literární rešerše a jejich diskuse postupně zodpovězeny. |

This master‘s thesis aims to provide a theoretical review of the current scientific knowledge regarding the integration of circular economy (CE) principles into business. Utilizing a systematic literature review method, three primary themes and areas are identified as crucial across sectors in the context of implementing CE principles. The thesis describes the process of implementing circular business model, along with the driving forces and barriers associated with this process. Furthermore, it identifies specific technologies as central driving forces in the business sector's transition to a circular economy. These themes are organized into coherent, interrelated logical sections to provide a comprehensive overview of the subject matter, incorporating the perspectives of various authors. The thesis also sets research questions, which are addressed and discussed through the findings of the systematic literature review. |
