| Abstract: |
Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu řízení firmy zaměřené na IT služby a realizaci rozšíření jejího stávajícího BI řešení na základě vyhodnocení aktuálních potřeb a požadavků na nové analytické funkce. V rámci práce jsou pomocí SWOT analýzy odhaleny hlavní problémy v jednotlivých oblastech řízení a nedostatky stávajícího BI řešení a jejich dopad na efektivitu firmy. V rámci výzkumu jsou identifikované klíčové oblasti pro rozšíření BI, na které se zaměřuje část návrhu nového řešení, včetně popisu očekávaných přínosů pomocí BSC, a analýzy rizik. Na návrh řešení navazuje fáze realizace, kde jsou navrhnuté úpravy a nové funkce implementovány v aplikaci Power BI. Na závěr jsou zhodnoceny možné přínosy zavedení prediktivní analytiky s využitím cost-benefit analýzy a sestavena doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis focuses on an analysis of management of a company focused on IT services and implementation of an expansion of its existing BI solution based on the evaluation of current needs and requirements for new analytical functions. The thesis uses SWOT analysis to reveal major problems in management areas and shortcomings of the existing BI solution and their impact on the company's efficiency. Internal research identifies key areas for BI enhancement, which are the main focus of the design part of the new solution, including a description of expected benefits using BSC, and a risk analysis. The solution design is followed by the implementation phase, where the proposed modifications and new features are implemented in Power BI. Finally, the potential benefits of implementing predictive analytics using cost-benefit analysis are evaluated and recommendations for future development are made. |
