Cílem práce je identifikovat česko-italské a italsko-české kulturní standardy ve formálních vztazích na základě teoretických východisek (kulturní dimenze G. Hofstedeho a F. Trompenaarse) a poznatků získaných z rozhovorů provedených s českými a italskými respondenty metodou kritických incidentů podle Alexandre Thomase. Práce je dále doplněna rozhovory s italskými a českými zaměstnanci společnosti Brazzale Moravia a.s., kde byla ověřena použitelnost výsledků získaných z předchozích rozhovorů ve firemní praxi. Výsledkem jsou doporučení pro zlepšení firemních a obchodních vztahů mezi italskou a českou kulturou. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of the thesis is to identify Czech-Italian and Italian-Czech cultural standards in formal relations on the basis of theoretical backgrounds (cultural dimensions of G. Hofstede and F. Trompenaars) and findings obtained from interviews conducted with Czech and Italian respondents using the method of critical incidents according to Alexander Thomas. The thesis is further complemented by interviews with Italian and Czech employees of Brazzale Moravia a.s., where the applicability of the results obtained from the previous interviews in practice was verified. As a result, recommendations for improving corporate and business relations between Italian and Czech cultures are presented. |
