Ačkoliv se postupem času firemní nákup neustále vyvíjel, zůstává dnes role a důležitost nákupu stále trochu nepochopena, a má v jednotlivých firmách a představách lidí dost odlišné ukotvení. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rolí firemního nákupu ve farmaceutickém průmyslu, které s sebou oproti ostatním odvětvím přináší spoustu odlišností. Hodnotové řetězce jsou v tomto odvětví velice komplexní, a často se tak setkáváme s problémy zajištění včasných dodávek léčiv. Příčiny těchto nedostatků zůstávají však konzumentům často skryty. Tato práce si klade za cíl najít tyto příčiny, a ve spolupráci s jednou farmaceutickou firmou ukázat důležitost nákupu uvnitř hodnotového řetězce při zajištění včasných dodávek ve farmaceutickém průmyslu. Firemní nákup je v práci rozdělen na strategický a operativní, přičemž pro každou část se práce snaží najít faktory, kterými může nákup ovlivnit celkovou odolnost dodavatelských řetězců a zabránit tak nedostatku léčiv. |

| Abstract: |
Although procurement has evolved over time, the role and importance of procurement is currently still somewhat misunderstood and it is anchored rather differently in individual companies and people's ideas. This diploma thesis deals with the role of corporate procurement in the pharmaceutical industry which brings many differences in comparison to other industries. The value chains in this industry are very complex and therefore we often encounter problems in ensuring the timely supply of medication. However, consumers rarely know the causes of these deficiencies. The aims of this thesis are to uncover said causes and show, in collaboration with a pharmaceutical company, the importance of procurement within the value chain for ensuring timely deliveries in the pharmaceutical industry. Procurement is divided here into strategic and operational and for each part the factors by which procurement can affect the overall resilience of supply chains and consequently prevent drug shortages are discussed. |
