| Abstract: |
Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku interního vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců v centru sdílených služeb multinacionální společnosti. Cílem práce je porovnat očekávání zaměstnanců a jejich manažerů spojená s nově nastaveným systémem rozvoje a vzdělávání a ověření funkčnosti tohoto systému. Teoretická část nabízí vhled do současného stavu vědění v dané oblasti, následuje představení společnosti a aktuálně používaných metod vzdělávání. Následuje analýza za použití dotazníkového šetření se zaměstnanci a hloubkových rozhovorů s manažery. Výsledky jsou shrnuty v samostatné kapitole, která obsahuje také návrhy na zlepšení. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of internal education and development of employees in the shared service center of a multinational company. The aim of the work is to compare the expectations of employees and their managers associated with the newly set system of development and education and to verify the functionality of this system. The theoretical part offers an insight into the current state of knowledge in the given area, followed by a presentation of the company and currently used education methods. This is followed by an analysis using a questionnaire survey with employees and in-depth interviews with managers. The results are summarized in a separate chapter, which also contains suggestions for improvement. |
