| Abstract: |
Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zda jsou obecné makroekonomické ukazatele důkazem diskriminace žen nebo zda je rozdíl i částečně způsobený rozdílem preferencí dle genderu, přičemž si ženy dobrovolně vybírají méně stresové a tím pádem i méně placené pozice. Hlavního cíle bude dosaženo skrze dotazníkové šetření absolventů VŠE. Absolventi budou zodpovídat otázky ohledně jejich zapojení na trhu práce, včetně platového ohodnocení a možnosti růstu v komparaci s jejich osobním přístupem k práci, včetně ochoty rizika či stresu a potřeby rovnováhy mezi osobním a pracovním životem. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis analyzes the position of women on the labor market in the Czech Republic. The main goal is to find out whether general macroeconomic indicators are evidence of discrimination against women or whether the difference is also partly caused by a difference in preferences according to gender, whereby women voluntarily choose less stressful and therefore less paid positions. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey among Prague University of Economics graduates, which evaluates their experience and perspectives on the labor market. The results provide an overview of the current state of gender equality and formulate recommendations for improving the situation of women on the labor market in the Czech Republic. |
