Tato diplomová práce se zabývá agilní transformací společnosti Unicorn a.s. Cílem práce je provedení analýzy vybraných klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti (KPI), která společnost zvolila pro měření výkonnosti. Součástí analýzy je identifikovat typická KPI pro toto prostředí a na základě těchto dat, bude provedeno hodnocení KPI, které společnost vybrala. Poté bude vytvořen seznam doporučení a vyhodnocení samotných KPI. První část této práce je zaměřena na vytvoření rešerše na téma výsledných KPI po agilní transformaci. Druhá část slouží jako teoretický základ pro druhy vývoje a vysvětlení agilní transformace. Následná část je analýza rešeršní části porovnání získaných dat od společnosti a vytvoření sady doporučení. |

| Abstract: |
This diploma thesis addresses the agile transformation of Unicorn a.s. The aim is to analyze selected KPIs that the company has chosen for measurement. Part of the analysis is to identify typical KPIs for this environment and based on these data, an evaluation of the KPIs selected by the company will be conducted. Then, a list of recommendations and evaluations of the KPIs themselves will be created. The first part involves research on the topic of resulting KPIs during agile transformation. The second part creates a theoretical basis for types of development and an explanation of agile transformation. The subsequent part is an analysis of the research section and a comparison of data obtained from the company and the creation of a set of recommendations. |
