Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice využívání informačních a komunikačních technologií (ICT) v rámci veterinární praxe v České republice. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat, jakým způsobem a prostřednictvím jakých ICT nástrojů jednotlivá pohlaví a generace veterinárních lékařů komunikují se svými zákazníky, a zdali si zaznamenávají informace získané během této jimi iniciované komunikace. Jako hlavní nástroj pro sběr dat jsme využili dotazníkové šetření. Podařilo se nám shromáždit data od celkového počtu 136 respondentů, z nichž 124 splnilo stanovená kritéria pro začlenění do této studie. Pro statistickou analýzu získaných dat jsme jako metodický přístup zvolili smíšený výzkum, jež kombinuje prvky kvantitativní a kvalitativní analýzy. Z našich výsledků vyplývá, že preference respondentů pro volbu různých forem komunikace nejsou statisticky významně ovlivněny ani pohlavím ani generací veterinárních lékařů. Prostřednictvím kvalitativní analýzy jsme následně odhalili klíčové faktory ovlivňující výběr ICT nástroje, týkající se zejména rychlosti, obsahu a osobních preferencí. V závěru práce jsme nastínili budoucí potřebu flexibilních komunikačních strategií, respektujících individuální potřeby veterinárních lékařů. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis focuses on the issue of using information and communication technologies (ICT) within veterinary practice in the Czech Republic. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze how and through which ICT tools different genders and generations of veterinarians communicate with their customers, and whether they record the information obtained during this communication they initiate. We used a questionnaire survey as the main tool for data collection. We managed to gather data from a total of 136 respondents, of which 124 met the criteria for inclusion in this study. For the statistical analysis of the collected data, we chose a mixed research methodology that combines elements of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Our results indicate that the preferences of respondents for different forms of communication are not statistically significantly influenced by either the gender or generation of veterinarians. Through qualitative analysis, we subsequently identified key factors influencing the choice of ICT tools, particularly concerning speed, content, and personal preferences. In the conclusion, we outlined the future need for flexible communication strategies that respect the individual needs of veterinarians. |
