Cílem bakalářské práce je navržení ucelené koncepce vzdělávání pro vybranou společnost s důrazem na praktickou aplikovatelnost a s ohledem na potřeby a cíle společnosti. Teoretická část práce čerpá z odborné literatury a věnuje se problematice firemního vzdělávání se zaměřením na přehled jednotlivých metod vzdělávání a aktuálních trendů. Empirická část obsahuje představení vybrané společnosti, analýzu aktuálního stavu vzdělávání zaměstnanců, stanovení cílů vzdělávání a identifikaci vzdělávacích potřeb. Potřebné informace jsou získávány z interních dokumentů společnosti, polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření. Empirická část je zakončena navržením koncepce vzdělávání, která reflektuje zjištěné skutečnosti a zahrnuje doporučení pro budoucí praxi. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor's thesis aims to design a comprehensive corporate education concept for a specific company with emphasis on practical applicability. A theoretical part of the thesis draws from related literature and is devoted to corporate education with focus on an overview of selected education methods and current trends. An empirical part includes an introduction of the specific company, analysis of the current state of employee training, setting of training goals, and identification of training needs. Information is obtained from internal company documents, semi-structured interviews, and a questionnaire survey. The empirical part results in the proposal of an educational concept that reflects the findings and includes recommendations for future practice. |
