Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na dvoustátní řešení izraelsko-palestinského konfliktu, analyzuje jeho historický vývoj a posuzuje současné výzvy a možnosti implementace. Cílem práce je poskytnout hlubší pochopení příčin neúspěchů dvoustátního řešení a zhodnotit jeho realizovatelnost v kontextu aktuálních událostí, zejména ve světle událostí ze 7. října 2023. Práce také identifikuje potřebu prozkoumat alternativní modely řešení konfliktu, jako je jednostátní řešení nebo konfederace, které by mohly být životaschopnější. Analýza zahrnuje bilaterální vztahy mezi Izraelem a Palestinou, vliv mezinárodních aktérů a historické mírové iniciativy. |

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, analyzing its historical development and assessing current challenges and implementation possibilities. The aim of the thesis is to provide a deeper understanding of the causes behind the failures of the two-state solution and to evaluate its feasibility in the context of recent events, particularly in the light of the events of October 7, 2023. The thesis also identifies the need to explore alternative conflict resolution models, such as a one-state solution or confederation, which may be more viable. The analysis includes bilateral relations between Israel and Palestine, the influence of international actors, and historical peace initiatives. |
