Předkládaná práce se zabývá srovnáním klíčových strategických a koncepčních rozvojových dokumentů s vazbou na cestovní ruch města Příbram a jeho zahraničních partnerských měst. V případě Příbrami se jedná o Strategický plán rozvoje města Příbram na období let 2022-2030, Strategii Chytrá Příbram 2030 a Koncepci cestovního ruchu, obdobné typy dokumentů jsou sledovány také u zmíněných partnerských měst. Zvolenou metodou práce je srovnávací analýza, která umožňuje nejen identifikaci výzev a bariér ve vybraných oblastech, ale také navržení úprav dokumentů při jejich pravidelné aktualizaci či doporučení ke zlepšení situace v oblasti územního rozvoje a cestovního ruchu. V práci je využit přístup "citizen science", a také je doplněna o závěry z hloubkových rozhovorů s představiteli města. |

| Abstract: |
The presented work focuses on comparing key strategic and conceptual development documents related to the tourism of the city of Příbram and its foreign partner cities. For Příbram, this includes the Strategic Development Plan of the City of Příbram for the period 2022-2030, the Smart Příbram 2030 Strategy, and the Tourism Concept, similar types of documents are also reviewed for the mentioned partner cities. The chosen method of work is a comparative analysis, which not only allows the identification of challenges and barriers in selected areas but also the proposal of adjustments to the documents during their regular updates or recommendations for improving the situation in the fields of territorial development and tourism. The work utilizes a "citizen science" approach and is supplemented with conclusions from in-depth interviews with city representatives. |
