| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky vedlejší hospodářské činnosti hotelu veřejné výzkumné instituce a zhodnocením významu této činnosti. Specifika jsou zkoumaná na příkladu konkrétního hotelu provozovaného veřejnou výzkumnou institucí. Součástí práce je přiblížení a charakteristika veřejných výzkumných institucí a uvedení do problematiky hospodářské činnosti neziskových organizací. Vybraný hotel a jeho provozovatel je v této práci detailně představen. Činnost vybraného hotelu je zanalyzována pomocí marketingového mixu, PEST analýzy a SWOT analýzy. V závěrečné části je provedeno zhodnocení významu činnosti také s pomocí dodatečných ukazatelů. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of the ancillary economic activity of a hotel of a public research institution and the evaluation of the importance of this activity. The specifics are examined using the example of a particular hotel operated by a public research institution. The thesis includes an introduction and characteristics of public research institutions and an introduction to the for-profit activities of non-profit organizations. The selected hotel and its operator are presented in detail in this thesis. The activities of the selected hotel are analyzed using marketing mix, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. In the final part, an assessment of the importance of the activity is also made with the help of additional indicators. |
