Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice brownfieldů a možnosti jejich revitalizace pro vybudování kempingu a rozvoj turismu v Jihočeském kraji. Práce si klade za cíl identifikovat kritéria ideální polohy kempu, která odpovídají současným trendům a požadavkům kempařů, a na základě těchto kritérií určit vhodnost vybrané opuštěné lokality pro výstavbu kempu v kontextu revitalizace brownfieldu. Dílčím cílem je analýza a profilace spotřebního chování kempařů. První dvě kapitoly práce se zabývají analýzou trendů a profilu kempařů v zahraničí s využitím empirických studií a analýzou nabídky českého trhu z hlediska kempů pomocí statistických údajů. Jelikož práce má za hlavní cíl zjistit potenciál brownfieldů pro vybudování kempingu v Jihočeském kraji, ve třetí kapitole se věnuje samotnému pojmu potenciál, a předmětem čtvrté kapitoly jsou brownfieldy, jejich typologie a problematika. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření a analýzy dat poskytnutých respondenty se dále podařilo sestavit nejen portrét typického kempaře, ale také nastavit řadu kritérií pro posouzení potenciálu brownfieldů v Jihočeském kraji. Většina kempařů uvedla, že považuje za nutnost umístění kempu u vody nebo v blízkosti lesa. Metodika zahrnovala práci s Národní databází brownfieldů a databází brownfieldů Jihočeského kraje, kterým se věnuje poslední kapitola. V databázích bylo identifikováno dvanáct opuštěných pozemků teoreticky vhodných pro turistické účely, z nichž čtyři brownfieldy byly vybrány pro podrobnější analýzu. Výsledkem je, že tři lokality mají vysoký potenciál pro výstavbu kempu v Jihočeském kraji v souladu s preferencemi kempařů. Tato práce může sloužit jako inspirace pro další výzkumníky a investory, kteří mají zájem o revitalizaci brownfieldů v kontextu kempingu. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of brownfields and the possibility of their revitalization for the construction of a campsite and the development of tourism in the South Bohemian region. The aim of the work is to identify the criteria for the ideal location of the camp, which correspond to the current trends and requirements of campers, and on the basis of these criteria to determine the suitability of the selected abandoned site for the construction of the camp in the context of the revitalization of brownfield. A partial objective is to analyze and profile the consumption behavior of campers. The first two chapters of the thesis deal with the analysis of trends and profile of campers abroad using empirical studies and analysis of the Czech market offer in terms of campsites using statistical data. Since the main objective of the thesis is to ascertain the potential of brownfields for the establishment of campsites in the South Bohemian Region, the third chapter is dedicated to the concept of potential itself, and the fourth chapter deals with brownfields, their typology, and issues. Using the questionnaire survey and analysis of data provided by the respondents, it was also possible to compile not only a portrait of a typical camper, but also to set a number of criteria for assessing the potential of brownfields in the South Bohemian region. Most campers said they considered it necessary to camp near the water or near the forest. The methodology included work with the National brownfield database and the brownfield database of the South Bohemian region, to which the last chapter is devoted. Twelve abandoned sites theoretically suitable for tourist purposes were identified in the databases, of which four brownfields were selected for more detailed analysis. As a result, three sites have a high potential for the construction of a camp in the South Bohemian region in accordance with the preferences of campers. This work can serve as inspiration for other researchers and investors interested in revitalizing brownfields in the context of camping. |
