Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vlivu bankovních regulací na ekonomický růst ve Švýcarsku v období 2012 až 2022. Práce se skládá z teoretické části, která poskytuje přehled švýcarského bankovního systému, jeho regulací a role jednotlivých regulačních orgánů, a z empirické části, která analyzuje dopady těchto regulací na vybrané ekonomické ukazatele pomocí regresní a korelační analýzy. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit, jak regulace ovlivnily stabilitu a růst švýcarského bankovního sektoru, a poskytnout hypotetické scénáře dopadů případné integrace Švýcarska do Evropské unie. Výsledky ukazují, že přísné kapitálové a likviditní požadavky přispěly k vyšší stabilitě bank, avšak také zvýšily náklady na jejich dodržování, což mělo krátkodobé negativní dopady na ekonomický růst. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor's thesis focuses on analyzing the impact of banking regulations on economic growth in Switzerland during the period from 2012 to 2022. The thesis consists of a theoretical part that provides an overview of the Swiss banking system, its regulations, and the role of individual regulatory bodies, and an empirical part that analyzes the effects of these regulations on selected economic indicators using regression and correlation analysis. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate how regulations have influenced the stability and growth of the Swiss banking sector and to provide hypothetical scenarios of the impacts of Switzerland's potential integration into the European Union. The results show that stringent capital and liquidity requirements have contributed to higher bank stability but also increased compliance costs, leading to short-term negative impacts on economic growth. |
