Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním klamavé reklamy na potraviny v České republice a na Slovensku. Teoretická část se popisuje potravinové právo, klamavou reklamu a způsob ochrany spotřebitele na českém a slovenském trhu. Praktická část se následně zaměřuje na praxi dozorových orgánů a analýzu výročních zpráv za uplynulé tři roky. Cílem práce je přiblížit tuto problematiku čtenáři a odpovědět na výzkumnou otázku, zda se dozorové praxe ve vybraných zemích liší nebo ne. |

The bachelor thesis deals with comparing misleading food advertising in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The theoretical part describes food law, misleading advertising, and consumer protection in the Czech and Slovak markets. The practical part focuses on the practice of supervisory authorities and the analysis of annual reports over the past three years. The thesis aims to bring this issue closer to the reader and answer the research question of whether the selected countries' supervisory practices differ. |
