Brexit způsobil zásadní změny v obchodních vztazích mezi Velkou Británií a Evropskou unií, což významně ovlivnilo britský finanční sektor, který dlouhodobě tvoří významnou část exportů služeb. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá odchodem Velké Británie z Evropské unie a jeho dopadem na export finančních služeb. Celá práce se opírá o data z různých statistických zdrojů a odborných studií, které poskytují komplexní pohled na situaci před brexitem a po něm. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit vliv brexitu na objemy a geografické rozmístění exportů finančních služeb Velké Británie. Důraz je kladen na vývoj hodnot těchto exportů v časovém rozmezí od referenda v roce 2016 až do roku 2023. Sledovány jsou procentní podíly na celkových exportech a jejich změny v průběhu let. Brexit s sebou přinesl nemalé výzvy pro britský finanční sektor, včetně poklesu exportů do EU a nutnosti zaměřit se více na mimoevropské trhy, jako jsou Spojené státy nebo Asie. Nicméně současně přinesl i nové příležitosti k růstu a budoucímu vývoji. Výsledkem této práce jsou doporučení, jakými směry by se Velká Británie mohla vydat, aby si i nadále udržela pozici jednoho z předních světových finančních center. |

| Abstract: |
Brexit has caused major changes in trade relations between the UK and the European Union, significantly affecting the UK financial sector, which has long accounted for a significant proportion of services exports. This thesis examines the UK's exit from the European Union and its impact on financial services exports. The entire thesis draws on data from various statistical sources and expert studies to provide a comprehensive view of the situation before and after Brexit. The aim of the thesis is to assess the impact of Brexit on the volumes and geographical distribution of UK financial services exports. The focus is on the evolution of the values of these exports over the time span from the 2016 referendum to 2023. The percentages of total exports and their changes over the years are monitored. Brexit has brought with it significant challenges for the UK financial sector, including a decline in exports to the EU and the need to focus more on non-European markets such as the United States and Asia. However, it has also brought new opportunities for growth and future development. This work has resulted in recommendations on what directions the UK could take to continue to maintain its position as one of the world's leading financial centres. |
