| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá česko-řecké kulturní standardy ve formálních vztazích s cílem identifikovat klíčové rozdíly oběma kulturami. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretický přehled kultury a kulturních dimenzí, zatímco druhá část se detailně věnuje charakteristice řecké kultury a aplikuje na ni kulturní typologie. V praktické části je provedeno vlastní výzkumné šetření, které se opírá o kvantitativní i kvalitativní metody sběru dat. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou formulována doporučení pro efektivní komunikaci a spolupráci ve formálních vztazích mezi Českou republikou a Řeckem. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis examines Czech-Greek cultural standards in formal relationships with the aim of identifying key differences between the two cultures. The first part of the thesis focuses on a theoretical overview of culture and cultural dimensions, while the second part delves into the characteristics of Greek culture and applies cultural typologies to it. In the practical section, original research is conducted, which relies on both quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection. Based on the findings, recommendations are formulated for effective communication and collaboration in formal relationships between the Czech Republic and Greece. |
