Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stále více aktuálním tématem ESG a jeho implementací. Implementace ESG principů je v této práci posouzena na základě porovnání společností ČEZ, a.s. a C-Energy Planá s.r.o. Cílem je porovnat vykazováné ESG informace a navrhnout doporučení pro jejich optimalizaci. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou představeny koncepty udržitelného rozvoje a ESG, evropská a česká politika týkající se udržitelnosti a energetický sektor v České republice. V praktické části je na základě reportů udržitelnosti vybraných společností z roku 2022 popsán jejich přístup k udržitelnému rozvoji, a k jednotlivým pilířům ESG. Na základě porovnání vykazovaných informací jsou následně identifikovány nedostatky a na základě toho navrhnuta doporučení pro jejich optimalizaci. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis deals with the increasingly relevant topic of ESG and its implementation. The implementation of ESG principles is assessed in this thesis by comparing reports of ČEZ, a.s. and C-Energy Planá s.r.o. The aim is to compare the reported ESG information and propose recommendations for its optimization. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part introduces the concepts of sustainable development and ESG, European and Czech policies related to sustainability and the energy sector in the Czech Republic. The practical part describes the approach of selected companies to sustainable development and to the individual ESG pillars. Based on a comparison of the reported information, gaps are subsequently identified and recommendations for reporting optimization are proposed. |
