Utilizing Business Diplomacy for Expansion into the Slovak Market: Proposal of a Communication Strategy for a Selected Marketing Agency in the B2B Market

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití business diplomacie pro expanzi na slovenský trh a návrh komunikační strategie pro vybranou marketingovou agenturu na B2B trhu. Práce analyzuje teoretické základy business diplomacie a marketingové komunikace, metody sběru a analýzy dat a výsledky vlastního výzkumu. Na základě těchto výsledků je navržena komunikační strategie, která využívá principy business diplomacie pro úspěšnou expanzi a posílení postavení marketingové agentury na slovenském trhu. Diskuse výsledků poukazuje na možnosti aplikace principů business diplomacie při expanzi marketingových agentur na zahraniční trhy a hodnocení efektivnosti nových komunikačních iniciativ.

This thesis focuses on the use of business diplomacy for expansion into the Slovak market and the development of a communication strategy for a selected marketing agency in the B2B market. The thesis analyzes the theoretical foundations of business diplomacy and marketing communication, methods of data collection and analysis, and the results of original research. Based on these findings, a communication strategy is proposed that leverages the principles of business diplomacy to achieve successful expansion and strengthen the marketing agency's position in the Slovak market. The discussion of results highlights the potential application of business diplomacy principles for the expansion of marketing agencies into foreign markets and the evaluation of the effectiveness of new communication initiatives.
