Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem sekuritizace dezinformací v baltských státech od roku 1995 až do roku 2023. Práce analyzuje, jak Estonsko, Lotyšsko a Litva reagovaly na hrozby dezinformací v různých časových obdobích a jaké praktiky tyto státy v těchto obdobích přijímaly. V první kapitole jsou představeny základní teoretická východiska a klíčové pojmy této práce. Práce využívá duální přístup ke studiu teorie sekuritizace, kdy byla nejprve provedena analýza řečového aktu a následně analýza praktik. Následující dvě kapitoly se zaměřují na hloubkovou komparativní analýzu sekuritizace dezinformací v baltských státech ve dvou hlavních časových obdobích: 1995–2013 a 2014–2023. Práce také interpretuje, jak historické, geografické a sociální faktory ovlivňovaly různé přístupy těchto zemí. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis explores the development of disinformation securitization in the Baltic states from 1995 to 2023. It analyzes how Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania responded to disinformation threats in various time periods and what practices these states adopted during those times. The first chapter presents the fundamental theoretical foundations and key concepts of the study. The thesis employs a dual approach to the theory of securitization, starting with the analysis of speech acts followed by the analysis of practices. The following two chapters conduct an in-depth comparative analysis of disinformation securitization by the Baltic states across two main time periods: 1995–2013 and 2014–2023. Additionally, the thesis interprets how historical, geographical, and social factors influenced the different approaches of these countries. |
