Předkládaná diplomová práce přináší vhled do problematiky zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce v České republice. Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy současných nástrojů pro podporu zaměstnávání OZP identifikovat nedostatky, které se vyskytují na trhu práce v ČR v segmentu OZP a následně formulovat vlastní návrhy a doporučení, jejichž realizace by mohla vést k lepší zaměstnatelnosti OZP na trhu práce v ČR. Stanovený cíl je naplněn prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, které bylo určeno právě pro osoby se zdravotním postižením a osoby zdravotně znevýhodněné. Po uskutečnění a vyhodnocení výzkumu došlo k odhalení nedostatků. Mezi ty nejzávažnější patří nedostatečné množství volných pracovních míst vhodných pro OZP, u nichž je nutná úprava dle jejich individuálních potřeb a rovněž informovanost samotných osob s hendikepem. Závěrem jsou prezentovány vlastní návrhy a doporučení, které reflektují zjištěné nedostatky. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis provides an insight into the issue of employment of people with disabilities on the labour market in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to identify the shortcomings of the labour market in the Czech Republic in the segment of people with disabilities based on an analysis of the current tools for supporting the employment of people with disabilities, and then to formulate its own proposals and recommendations, the implementation of which could lead to better employability of people with disabilities on the labour market in the Czech Republic. The stated objective is achieved by the means of a questionnaire survey specially designed for people with disabilities. After carrying out and evaluating the survey, shortcomings were identified. Among the most serious are the insufficient number of jobs suitable for people with disabilities, which need to be adapted to their individual needs, and the lack of awareness among people with disabilities themselves. Finally, the author presents own proposals and recommendations, reflecting the shortcomings identified. |
