Tato diplomová práce zkoumá dopady stárnutí populace na trh práce v České republice, s důrazem na sektor zdravotnictví a sociálních služeb. Stárnutí populace představuje globální trend s hlubokými implikacemi pro pracovní trhy, sociální systémy a ekonomické strategie. V práci je analyzován vliv demografických změn na dostupnost a kvalitu sociálních služeb a na personální strukturu v tomto sektoru. Praktická část práce se specificky zaměřuje na sociální služby, které svou povahou nejvíce odpovídají potřebám stárnoucí populace. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována politikám, které byly v reakci na tyto změny implementovány, a jejich potenciálnímu vlivu na trh práce a na kvalitu poskytovaných služeb. |

This thesis examines the impacts of population aging on the labor market in the Czech Republic, with a special focus on the healthcare and social services sectors. Population aging is a global trend with significant implications for labor markets, social systems, and economic strategies. The study analyzes demographic changes, particularly their effect on the availability and quality of social services tailored to the needs of the aging population. The practical part of the thesis specifically explores how these services respond to demographic changes. Detailed attention is also given to evaluating policies implemented in response to these changes and their potential impact on the efficiency of the labor market and the standard of services provided. |
