| Abstract: |
Diplomová práce definuje alternativní formy práce, za které považuje ty formy práce, které nejsou běžné nebo časté. Vychází z definice Mezinárodní organizace práce, kterou rozvíjí a doplňuje o pohled na české pracovněprávní prostředí. Práce nabízí základní rozbor jednotlivých složek výkonu práce, resp. podmínek pracovněprávního vztahu, které jsou nejčastější a tedy "normální" a nabízí k ním alternativy přípustné dle pracovního práva. Samostatně je diskutován výkon funkce statutárního orgánu coby výkon práce sui generis. Závěrečná kapitola práce nabízí úvahy de lege ferenda, a to zejména ve vztahu k dohodám o pracích mimo pracovní poměr, práci na dálku a zkrácení pracovního týdne na čtyři dny. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis defines alternative forms of work as those forms of work that are not common or frequent. It is based on the definition of the International Labour Organisation, which it develops and supplements with a view of the Czech labour law environment. The thesis offers a basic analysis of the individual components of work performance, i.e. conditions of the employment relationship, which are the most common and therefore "normal" and offers alternatives to them that are permissible under labour law. The performance of the function of a statutory body as sui generis performance of work is discussed separately. The final chapter of the thesis offers de lege ferenda considerations, in particular in relation to agreements on work outside the employment relationship, Working remotely and the reduction of the working week to four days. |
