Táto bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zkoumaní problematiky migrační politiky České republiky vůči třetím zemím, a to v rámci kvalifikované imigrace. První kapitola bude sloužit jako úvod do problematiky imigrační politiky, vymezení základních pojmů a taky popisu metodologii a použitých zdrojů. Druhá kapitola se zabývá vývojem migrační politiky ČR před vstupem do EU a po vstupu do ní. Také jsou vymezené podmínky pobytu cizinců na území ČR. Poslední kapitola popisuje konkrétní programy jako zaměstnanecká karta, modrá karta EU, atd, které Česká republika zavedla pro usnadnění přijímání kvalifikovaných pracovníků z třetích zemí. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on the subject of the migration policy of the Czech Republic regarding third countries in the context of skilled immigration. The first chapter will serve as an introduction to the issue of immigration policy, defining the basic concepts and also describing the methodology and sources used. The second chapter focuses on the development of the Czech Republic's migration policy before and after EU entry. The requirements for the residence of foreigners on the territory of the Czech Republic are also defined. The last chapter describes specific programmes such as the Employee Card, the EU Blue Card, etc. that the Czech Republic has introduced to facilitate the recruitment of skilled workers from third countries. |
