| Abstract: |
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou komunit hráčů virtuálních her typu play-to-earn z pohledu marketingové teorie a teorie spotřební kultury (CCT). Výzkum se zaměřuje na motivaci hráčů ke koupi a pronájmu zboží ve hrách a zkoumá možné závislosti jejich chování na typu hráče a jeho postojích. Klíčovou metodou použitou v této práci je netnografie, která umožňuje systematické po-zorování a analýzu sociálních interakcí a komunikace v rámci online komunit. Výsledky studie ukazují, že důvěra ve virtuální měnu a motivace hráčů se liší v závislosti na jejich typu, což má významné důsledky pro obchodní modely her-ních vývojářů a marketingové strategie. |

This thesis analyzes communities of players in play-to-earn virtual games from the perspective of marketing theory and Consumer Culture Theory (CCT). The research focuses on the players' motivation to purchase and rent in-game items and examines possible dependencies of their behavior on player types and attitudes. The key method used in this study is netnography, which allows systematic observation and analysis of social interactions and communication within online communities. The study's results show that trust in virtual currency and player motivation vary depending on their type, which has significant implications for game developers' business models and marketing strategies. |
