Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu interkulturních vztahů v pracovním prostředí mezi španělskými manažery, kteří byli vysláni mateřskou společností do České republiky a jejich českými zaměstnanci. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikovat španělsko-české interkulturní standardy v managementu a na základě sekundárních a primárních zdrojů formulovat doporučení pro co nejefektivnější vzájemnou spolupráci ve formálních vztazích se zaměřením na management. Získané poznatky mohu být přínosem nejen pro španělské vedoucí pracovníky vyslané do České republiky, ale zároveň také pro Čechy, kteří v pracovním prostředí přicházejí do styku se španělskou kulturou a to jak ve vztahu ke svému nadřízenému, tak v podnikatelské sféře. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of intercultural relations in the work environment between Spanish managers who are sent by the parent company to the Czech Republic and their Czech employees. The main goal of the thesis is to identify Spanish-Czech intercultural standards in management and, based on secondary and primary sources, to formulate recommendations for the most effective mutual cooperation in formal relations with a focus on management. The knowledge gained can be beneficial not only for Spanish executives sent to the Czech Republic, but also for Czechs who come into contact with Spanish culture in the work environment, both in relation to their superiors and in the business sphere. |
