Diplomová práce se zabývá zpětným zpracováním byznys modelu komunitního bydle-ní pro seniory. Pojednává o měnících se potřebách člověka s přicházejícím stářím a stávajících možnostech zajištění důstojného prostředí pro seniory s ohledem na tyto potřeby. Stěžejním aspektem je bydlení a eliminace sociální izolace. Shromážděny jsou historické i současné zkušenosti s různými formami komunitního bydlení u nás i ve světě, směřující od institucionalizované péče k prodloužení doby života v přirozenému prostředí rodiny nebo původního obydlí. Speciální kapitola je věnována méně známé-mu typu komunitního bydlení, kterým je cohousing. V praktické části je vypracován podrobný byznys model canvas, který je následně podroben analýze citlivosti. Výsled-ný byznys model komunitního domu v obci Dubné u Českých Budějovic, může být použit pro aktualizaci stávajícího projektu, nebo jako podklad pro další podobné pro-jekty. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis deals with the retrospective processing of the business model of elderly community housing. It addresses the changing needs of individuals as they age and the existing possibilities for ensuring a dignified environment for seniors in light of these needs. The key aspects are housing and the elimination of social isolation. Historical and current experiences with various forms of community housing both in our country and abroad are gathered, moving from institutionalized care towards extending the period of life in the natural environment of family or original housing. A special chapter is dedicated to the less known type of community housing, which is cohousing. In the practical part, a detailed business model canvas is developed and subsequently subjected to sensitivity analysis. The resulting business model of a community house in the village of Dubné near České Budějovice can be used for updating the existing project or as a basis for other similar projects. |
