Cílem této práci je objasnit vliv ESG skóre na business performance společnosti. V posledním desetiletí se velké množství studií zaměřovalo na analýzu vlivu ESG na finanční ukazatele společnosti. Tato studia prozkoumala spousta regionů od Evropy do Asie a Ameriky a dosud nebyly určité konkrétní výsledky. V některých případech to byl pozitivní vliv, v ostatních negativní nebo neutrální. V rámci práce bude provedena analýza vlivu skóre ESG amerických společností na jejich finanční výkonnost od roku 2018 do roku 2022. |

The aim of this thesis is to clarify the influence of the ESG score on the company's business performance. In the last decade, a large number of studies have focused on analyzing the impact of ESG on a company's financial indicators. These studies have explored many regions from Europe to Asia and South and North America and so far there have been no definite results. In some cases it was a positive influence, in others it was negative or neutral. As part of the work, an analysis of the influence of the ESG scores of American companies on their financial performance from 2018 to 2022 will be carried out. |
