Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje vnitřní komunikaci ve společnosti Femur.cz s.r.o., kte-rá prochází růstovou fází. Cílem je zjistit, jak růst ovlivňuje formální a neformální ko-munikaci a jaké strategie firma používá k udržení efektivity komunikace. Výzkum vyu-žívá kvalitativní metody, jako jsou pozorování a dotazování zaměstnanců. Výsledky ukazují, že strukturované přístupy k interní komunikaci zlepšují informo-vanost, efektivitu a spokojenost zaměstnanců, zejména v organizovanosti schůzek, in-formovanosti o pracovních postupech a komunikaci změn. Zhoršení bylo zaznamenáno v dostupnosti nadřízených. Práce přináší užitečné poznatky pro efektivní řízení týmové komunikace během počáteční expanze. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis analyses the internal communication in Femur.cz s.r.o., which is going through a growth phase. The aim is to find out how growth affects formal and informal co-communication and what strategies the company uses to maintain communication effectiveness. The research uses qualitative methods such as observation and employee interviews. The results show that structured approaches to internal communication improve information, efficiency, and employee satisfaction, especially in meeting organization, in-formation about work practices, and change communication. Deterioration was noted in the availability of supervisors. The paper provides useful insights for effective management of team communication during initial expansion. |
