Tato bakalářská práce měla za cíl zjistit vnímání SWOT analýzy z pohledu vyučujících na Fakultě managementu Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. Výzkum byl proveden za pomoci kvalitativní obsahové analýzy. Ta analyzovala získané, polostrukturované rozhovory, které byly uskutečněny s jednotlivými vyučujícími na FM VŠE. Matice je vnímána převážně pozitivně a je zastáván názor, že možná kritika a nevýhody souvisí primárně s nesprávným zpracováním analýzy. Pozornost je potřeba věnovat hodno- cení a vážení jednotlivých faktorů. Co se týče výuky, bylo by vhodné poskytnou studentům větší prostor pro sestavení celé SWOT analýzy. Součástí práce je i seznam doporučení pro zlepšení výuky na FM VŠE. |

This bachelor's thesis aimed to investigate the perception of SWOT analysis from the perspective of the lecturers at the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Jindřichův Hradec. The research was conducted using qualitative content analysis. It analyzed the obtained semi-structured interviews conducted with individual lecturers at FM VŠE who come into contact with SWOT analysis. The matrix is perceived mostly positively, and it is believed that any criticism and disadvantages are primarily related to the incorrect processing of the analysis. On the other hand, more attention needs to be paid to evaluating and weighting individual factors. Regarding teaching, it is necessary to provide students with more space to develop a SWOT analysis. |
