| Abstract: |
Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním dat popisujících nenaplněné potřeby stomatologického ošetření českých obyvatel. Cílem práce je analyzovat vlivy socio-ekonomických ukazatelů na nenaplněné potřeby ve stomatologické péči. V úvodu jsou uvedeny aktuální problémy, kterým zubní lékařství v České republice čelí, a které podtrhují relevanci zvoleného tématu. Teoretická část práce poskytuje komplexní pohled na indikátor unmet needs, který je stěžejní k dosažení cíle práce. V metodice práce jsou formulované hypotézy plynoucí z aktuálních témat stomatologie a jsou zde představeny statistické nástroje použité k následnému testování hypotéz. Výzkumná část analyzuje data z průzkumů Eurostatu, které se zabývaly nenaplněnými potřebami. K vyhodnocení hypotéz je použita logistická regrese. Cíl práce je naplněn otestováním čtyř hypotéz a diskusí nad výsledky logistické regrese. Závěr práce upozorňuje na výzkumná omezení a nabízí možné směry dalšího výzkumu. |

| Abstract: |
This diploma thesis focuses on analysing data that describe unmet needs for dental treatment in the Czech Republic. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the impact of socio-economic indicators on unmet needs in dental care. In the introduction, the reader is introduced to current issues of dentistry in the Czech Republic that underline the relevance of the topic of this thesis. The theoretical part contains a comprehensive view of unmet needs as an indicator that is essential for completion of the main goal of the thesis. In the methodology, the hypotheses resulting from current issues are formulated, and the reader is introduced to the statistical apparatus used for hypothesis testing. The main research part includes an analysis of the Eurostat data that concern unmet needs. For the hypothesis testing, logistic regression was used. The goal of the thesis was reached by testing four hypotheses and by discussing the results of the logistic regression. The conclusion of the thesis points out some research limitations and offers directions for further research. |
