Diplomová práce se zabývá profesionalizací parasportu v České republice, tedy pro- cesem přeměny amatérských parasportovců na profesionály. V rámci práce byly definovány pojmy profesionalismus a profesionalizace. Práce zkoumá sportovní po- litiky států Evropské unie, ve kterých je parasport na vyšší úrovni než v České republice. Pro dokreslení kontextu České republiky je v práci zahrnuta také rešerše českého parasportovního systému a byly provedeny rozhovory se zástupci českého parasportovního prostředí. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout konkrétní opatření na změnu sportovních politik v České republice, která mají za cíl zlepšit podmínky pro profesionalizaci parasportu. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis focuses on the professionalization of parasport in the Czech Republic, which is the process of transformation of amateur parasport athletes into professionals. The concepts of professionalism and professionalization are defined within the thesis. The thesis examines the sports policies of European Union countries where parasport is at a higher level than in the Czech Republic. To provide the context of the Czech Republic, the thesis also includes a review of the Czech parasport system and interviews with representatives from the Czech parasport environment. The aim of the thesis was to propose specific changes to sports policies in the Czech Republic with the goal of improving conditions for the professionalization of parasport. |
